Chocolate Frosting

I made cup cakes this weekend and made the BEST chocolate icing ever!!  I kind of just threw stuff in though, so I'm typing up what measurements I did do, so I can replicate it again!

  • 12 Tbs. butter
  • 2 C. powder sugar + about 1 cup
  • ~ 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk, probably on the lesser side
  • 3 Tbs. Coacoa
The key to frosting though is mixing the butter lots, so it becomes light and fluffy like.
