French Bread

This was super simple!  I still need to work on it though, obviously my loafs don't look that pretty...  Practice, practice, practice!

Ingredients:
Combine-
3 1/2 C. Flour
2 Tbls. Yeast
2 1/2 C. Warm water (Baby warm)
Add-
1 Tbls. Sugar
1 Tbls. Salt
1 Tbls. Oil
  • Mix, then combine it all and mix at high speed to knead it.  Add 3-31/2 C. flour till right consistency.
  • Let rise and shape into 2 loaves
  • Bake 375 for 20 min.
