Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (Ionly used sesame oil last time and it was Delicious!)
- 3
tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1
clove garlic,
minced
- 6
dried whole red chilies
- 1
strip orange zest
- 1/2
cup white sugar
- 1/4
teaspoon ground ginger
- 3
tablespoons chicken broth
- 1
tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4
cup soy sauce
- 2
teaspoons sesame oil
- 2
tablespoons peanut oil
- 2
teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
To thicken... Of course this can always be adjusted for what you have and don't have.
